Lemon Cayenne Ginger Water

Ingredients
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1" Ginger
  • 1 Pinch Cayenne Pepper
  • 4 Cups Purified Water
Instructions
  1. Mix lemon juice, a 1" piece of fresh ginger, a pinch of cayenne pepper, and water in a large pitcher.
  2. Drink 8 glasses per day.
