Ingredients
  • 1 bag of frozen Tyson Grilled & Ready Southwestern Style Chicken Breast Strips
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 Tbsp Ground Cumin
  • ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Avocado
  • Soft Flour Tortillas
  • Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese *optional*
Instructions
  1. In a large frying pan, heat olive oil.
  2. Slice mushrooms, onion, and bell pepper, and set aside.
  3. Carefully place frozen chicken strips in the oil and sprinkle with cumin and lime juice, stir, and heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Add fresh vegetables to the chicken, stir, and cook for approximately 10 more minutes or until vegetables are cooked to desired tenderness.
  5. Serve with flour tortillas, avocados, and a side of refried beans.
