Strawberry & Avocado Summer Fruit Salad
 
 
This colorful and inviting Strawberry & Avocado Summer Fruit Salad is a refreshing summer snack that will help you maintain that bikini body you’ve been working diligently to achieve.

  • 1 pound strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 ripe avocados
Instructions
  1. To a large bowl, add the strawberries and drizzle with the agave nectar. Stir. Set aside.
  2. Peel and dice the mangoes and add to the bowl. Stir.
  3. Peel and slice the bananas into ¼" discs. Add to the bowl and stir.
  4. Peel and dice the avocados. Add to the bowl and stir. Serve immediately.
Notes
Salad is best served the day it is made. If storage is necessary, cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 day after preparing.
