Easy Fried Egg Sandwich
Start your day off right by waking up your body with a healthy breakfast. Start your day off right with a simple and delicious fried egg sandwich.
Ingredients
- 2 large Eggs
- 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 2 slices Light Cheddar Cheese
- 4 pieces Eureka Seeds of the Day Bread or Wheat Bread
- Crushed Black Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat 2 teaspoons olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Toast your bread.
- Add eggs into pan, 1 at a time. Then reduce heat to medium low.
- After two minutes, add cheese on top of each yolk.
- Cover pan and cook slowly until whites are completely set and yolks begin to thicken but are not hard, 4 to 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with black pepper.
- Place eggs on top of your toast and top with second piece of toast.
Notes
If you cannot find Eureka bread, use whole wheat bread.
