Pancakes are one of the most versatile breakfast foods for so many reasons. Everyone loves a good stack of pancakes and you can make them in a variety of flavors and serve them in so many ways. These particular pancakes are a little special though. With the warm, comforting flavors of vanilla, cinnamon, and cloves, you just can’t say no to a stack of these Cinnamon Vanilla Spice Pancakes.
Perfect for busy weekdays or Sunday brunch!
With only six main ingredients, these pancakes come together in about 15 minutes. Serve them up topped with soft butter (Land O Lakes® Soft Squeeze™ Spread works great because you don’t even have to wait on it to melt!), your favorite syrup, and a variety of farmers market berries. It’s a quick breakfast to enjoy on a busy weekday, but definitely fancy enough to serve at your next Sunday brunch with friends.
Ingredients
- 4 cup pancake mix
- 3 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
Instructions
- The batter is as easy as measure, add to a bowl, and whisk all ingredients together.
- Cook on medium heat until bubbly and just dry at the edge, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook for another minute.
