Cinnamon Roll Protein Chai Pudding Recipe

Chia pudding is one of our favorite go-to desserts. The chia seeds in this Cinnamon Roll Protein Chia Pudding keep you full longer than other dessert options so you’re less likely to go back for more, plus they provide healthy omegas your body needs. Turning chia into a pudding is simpler than you think and you can add whatever kinds of toppings and spices you like to suit your flavor preference. Try adding fruit, flavored extracts, cinnamon, nuts; the possibilities are endless. And if you truly want your dessert to be packed full of protein, don’t forget to add the EAS Complete Protein Powder for the added boost. You’re going to love this delicious recipe!
