Get your day started in the right direction with this simple Breakfast Tacos recipe. Scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese, and avocados make these breakfast tacos perfect in the morning!
These Breakfast Tacos are the perfect breakfast because they have just the right amount of protein to start your day off right, but they aren’t too heavy so they won’t weigh you down. We took Turkey Kielbasa and steamed it in a little bit of water then cut it into little bite-sized pieces to add in an additional protein source. We like to top these breakfast tacos with low-fat shredded cheese, an avocado slice, and either hot sauce or pico. Feel free to get creative and add your favorite taco toppings too!
- 5 Scrambled Eggs
- ½ a Kielbasa, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Shredded Cheese
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- Pico
- Jalapeño, seeded and sliced
- Corn Tortillas
- Scramble your eggs.
- Steam your Kielbasa then cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Add into the scrambled eggs.
- Place into the middle of a tortilla.
- Add a bit of shredded cheese and your taco toppings like pico, onions, and jalapeño.
