We understand how impossible it is to scrape the last bit of Peanut Butter from the jar, so it usually gets thrown away. Never waste that last little bit again because we’re here to share a recipe for Asian Peanut Sauce that will help you use every last bite!
You’re going to simply add all of the other ingredients for the sauce directly into the peanut butter jar, then shake it up. The result is a delicious Asian Peanut Sauce. This sauce can be poured on top of an Asian Salad or you can boil some buckwheat noodles, add scallions, and toss with the dressing. Add whatever protein you desire for a complete meal.
- 1 jar peanut butter, with a couple tablespoons left in the bottom
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1" grated ginger
- ½ tbsp fresh minced garlic
- 2 tbsp EVOO
- 1 tbsp sesame seed oil
- 1 tbsp hot water
- Add all of the ingredients to the peanut butter jar, replace the lid, and shake until combined. You may need to let some air out if the water is too hot.
- Toss with your favorite noodles and add scallions or drizzle onto an Asian Salad.
