Print this handy list off to help you at the grocery store. The first tasks when starting the Paleo Lifestyle will be getting rid of non-Paleo foods. These include grains, cereal, vegetable oils, beans, yogurt, cheese, milk, and packaged foods. If this seems impossible, just start slowly. Remove grains the first week, dairy the next, and so on until all are removed from your eating plan.
