Easy Baked Pork Chops in Sweet and Tangy Sauce

These Baked Pork Chops are a simple and economical meal that your whole family will love. You don’t need to buy a high-priced pack of pork chops when you make this recipe because the sweet and tangy sauce that these bake in gives the meat an amazing flavor while keeping it extremely moist and tender. This 5-ingredient sauce is pretty low in sodium and you probably have everything you need already in the refrigerator. Simply whip up the sauce in minutes with low sodium soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, avocado oil, no salt added ketchup, and brown sugar, then cover your chops with the sauce, and bake for an hour. This no-fuss meal is great to turn to on busy weeknights! Although they do take an hour to bake, the prep and clean up time is very minimal.

The sweet and tangy flavors of the sauce work their way into the meat while it’s baking and the result is amazingly moist, flavorful, and tender pork chops. These pair perfectly with so many sides, but we love serving them with sweet potatoes and green beans for a southern-style meal that just tastes like home!

Garlic-seasoned baked pork chops are a quick and easy weeknight meal the whole family will be requesting. Boneless pork chops in a dry rub are broiled to perfection and brushed with a maple mustard glaze. Adjust the amount of pepper for your taste. Tangy, sweet, spicy, delicious!
