- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup natural cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder

- ½ cup plant based milk
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil oil
- 1 large egg, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
