Fresh, refreshing, and the perfect drink for summer, this Apple Ginger Limeade recipe is a breath of fresh air during the dog days of summer! This limeade is not only refreshing, but is also a healthy way to hydrate.
Lemonade and Limeade are classic summer beverages, but we are kicking them up a notch in both health and flavor with this easy to make recipe for Ginger Apple Limeade. You just need a good blender and a few minutes to get this unique, summery drink. But don’t worry, you can still make this without a high powered blender. Just make sure you chop things up a little finer before putting them in your blender, and you may need to increase blending time to get the same results.
One of the things I love most about this drink is how healthy it is! It does not taste like a healthy “green” drink, rather a refreshing limeade, but it has so many added health benefits. The ginger is great for an immune boost, as well as a digestive aid. The lime can help with skin health, improved digestion, and weight loss. Cucumbers are high in vitamins K, B, and C. And that is just the beginning. Additionally, it offers a tasty way to hydrate which is key during the hot summer months.
Whether making one just for yourself, or serving at a party or gathering, go ahead and give it a try. This Ginger Apple Limeade is sure to be a hit this summer!
And don’t forget to serve over lots and lots of ice!
- ½ cucumber
- 1 centimeter ginger, peeled

- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 leaves green lettuce
- ½ cup fresh pineapple
- Ice

- Pour over ice and enjoy.
Enjoy health and hydration with great flavor and ease.
