If you’re starting your new year on a vegetarian diet, or just looking for some delicious meatless meals to add into your weekly family meal rotation, these 4 healthy meatless meals are just what you’re looking for. Packed with flavor and vegetables, these four dishes will leave you feeling satisfied. These all look so delicious, we’re sure you’ll want to try them all!

  • This Sweet Potato Black Bean Casserole from Kim at Hungry Healthy Girl is a family-friendly Mexican inspired meal that’s as tasty as it is healthy. This meatless recipe is gluten-free, packed with protein, and is a quick and easy dinner ideas that we’re sure you will love.
  • Stephanie from Mammamoiselle shares her simple recipe for a delicious Zucchini, Arugula, and Feta Flatbread. This dish is perfect for lunch, dinner, or even as a big game day appetizer.
  • Vegetable Lo Mien is one of the simplest dishes in Chinese cuisine. This Vegetable Lo Mien recipe from Mooshu Jenne shows you just how customizable this dish really is.
  • If you’re looking for something meatless, comforting, and full of flavor, you’ll definitely want to try this easy recipe for Peanut Noodles with Broccoli from Amy at Generations of Savings. She even shares a gluten-free option for this meal.
