    Pretty sure this is supposed to be 1/4 cups of butter. I now have a big bowl.of butter with a little coconut flour and eggs in it. I'll try to turn it into a sauce for another dish tomorrow and make dumplings from the recipe I found after I already made this one that is identical except for 1/4 cup butter, instead of four cups.

      I just looked through all three of these recipes and none of them call for butter at all. Did you mean to comment on a different post? If so, let us know which one and we'll be happy to look into this for you.
