Turn to this simple and delicious Three Ingredient Dinner on hectic weeknights. In just 15 minutes, you can have this Sausage, Pasta, and Tomato dinner on the table to satisfy your family’s hunger.
This pasta recipe is on frequent rotation at our house. Between picking up the kids from school and evening activities, dinner time often gets crunched. This Italian-inspired Three Ingredient Dinner can be made in less than thirty minutes and costs less than $10. So it’s really pulling double duty! Your main ingredients are smoked sausage, diced tomatoes, and pasta. The tri-color rotini is our favorite for this dish because it grabs onto the tomatoes and adds some great color. Feel free to add in some chopped onions or bell pepper if you want, but I primarily serve it with just these three ingredients.
While fresh tomatoes are delicious, canned tomatoes work lovely for this recipe too. The tomatoes perfectly complement the smoked sausage flavors. Serve the pasta alongside some diced vegetables and a salad for a complete meal. My kids are crazy for broccoli and cauliflower, which is what I’m serving with my dinner.
I try to make dinner at home as often as I can. Simple, quick, and delicious recipes make that task much easier. I knew this recipe was a keeper when my teenager started cheering each time I made it. Your family is going to love it too.
