Ingredients
- 1-12 ounce can solid white albacore tuna
- 3 Tablespoons plain greek yogurt with live cultures
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- Wasa Crispbread Crackers
- Sliced cucumbers
- Sliced tomatoes
- Crushed black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Drain your tuna and place in a mixing bowl.
- Add the chopped eggs, red onion, celery, greek yogurt, and mix all together.
- Place on top of Wasa Crispbread and add cucumbers and tomatoes to your liking.
- Top with crushed black pepper.
Notes
Use any sort of crackers if you are not a Wasabread fan.
