Make this homemade No Churn Cinnamon Apple Ice Cream with only 6 ingredients. With just 20 minutes preparation time, you can make this simple and delicious dessert that’s perfect for fall.
Fall is approaching so quickly. Apples, pumpkins, and squash are in stores everywhere you look. Honestly, I’m not sure where the summer went, it was so quick. I am glad that we still have nice and warm weather in September right now. While I am baking with fall goodies already, I’m not forgetting about hot days that we still have ahead of us.
Especially for these days, I created No Churn Cinnamon Apple Ice Cream with Caramel. The best part is that no machine is required. Just mix all ingredients together and freeze. The ice cream is soft and so easy to scoop.
The whole process of making this apple ice cream took me 20 minutes. The first step is to cook the apples on low heat. They will soften and create a delicious flavor. By adding dark brown sugar the caramel will form. I love caramel and it’s almost a must for me for any ice cream. I like that we can so simply make our own caramel at home with just brown sugar and butter.
Cinnamon adds another interesting flavor to this apple ice cream. If you prefer more cinnamon in your ice cream, you can definitely add it.
I hope you’ll enjoy No Churn Cinnamon Apple Ice Cream as much as me and my family did. Nice fall flavors with a reminder of summer!
