Homemade Low Sodium Salsa
This Low Sodium Salsa recipe is the perfect mix of flavor, spice, and healthy nutritious vegetables. This salsa works great with homemade tortilla chips, fresh bread topped with cheese, or as a topping on your tacos. This salsa can also be made with canned tomatoes, canned green chilies, and jalapeno slices from a jar if fresh produce isn’t available, but remember that using canned goods will raise the sodium content. For this recipe, all you need are fresh vegetables and a blender or food processor. No cooking is involved!

- The juice of half of one lime
- Crushed pepper flakes to taste
- Place all of your ingredients into a blender or food processor and pulse until you get the desired consistency.
