In a small bowl, mash avocado and add lemon juice, olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
To assemble: Spread mixed avocado evenly over the three toast slices. Top one with hardboiled egg slices, salt, and red pepper flakes. Top a second avocado toast with tomato slices, pepper, and bacon. Top your third avocado toast with a smear of hummus, radicchio, and corn.
