Paleo Breakfast Egg White Scramble
- 6 Egg Whites
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- ¼ cup chopped mushrooms
- ¼ cup chopped fresh tomatoes
- ¼ cup chopped kale
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 teaspoons crushed black pepper
- ½ tablespoon olive oil
- Sauté your vegetables in olive oil.
- Add the egg whites and spices.
- Scramble them.
- Enjoy with fruit and a Smoothie.
