Cauliflower, Rutabaga, and Parsnips Mash with Mushroom Gravy

- 1 large rutabaga
- 3 medium parsnips
- 1 head cauliflower
- ½ tbsp fresh garlic
- 1 jar mushrooms
- 2 gravy packets
- 2 tbsp yogurt butter
- Steam all the vegetables.
- Pulse in a food processor or mash with the garlic and yogurt butter until you get the consistency you are looking for.
- Make your gravy following the directions on the packet and add your mushrooms.
- Ladle gravy over your winter mash and serve alongside lean beef or chicken
