Springtime Confetti Bark
Ingredients
- 16 ounces “colorburst” candy melts
- confetti style sprinkles
Instructions
- Cut four pieces of parchment paper, 8 ½ “ x 5”. Spray four mini loaf pans (approximately 6” x 3 ½”) with non-stick cooking spray and line the bottoms and long sides with the parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the long sides.
- Melt the candy melts in the top half of a double boiler set over barely simmering water; divide evenly among your prepared pans. Rap the pans several times on the counter to level the mixture. Immediately scatter sprinkles across the tops.
- Freeze till hardened (about an hour); wrap with cellophane, parchment or waxed paper. Keep chilled till ready to serve.
