Peanut Butter Pretzel Bark

Ingredients
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 4 ounces milk chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup smooth peanut butter
  • 12 mini pretzel twists
Instructions
  1. Cut four pieces of parchment paper, 8 ½ “ x 5”. Spray four mini loaf pans (approximately 6” x 3 ½”) with non-stick cooking spray and line the bottoms and long sides with the parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the long sides.
  2. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in the top half of a double boiler set over barely simmering water. Rap the pans several times on the counter to level the mixture.
  3. Melt the milk chocolate and peanut butter, stirring till smooth. Drop spoonfuls atop the semi-sweet layer and, using a toothpick, swirl the mixture to create a marbleized pattern. Rap the pans several times on the counter to level the mixture. Immediately place three pretzels atop each bar.
  4. Freeze until hardened (about an hour); wrap with cellophane, parchment, or waxed paper.
  5. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
