Ingredients
1 head of Romaine lettuce
2 cups croutons
½ cup Greek yogurt Caesar dressing (Recipe Below)
¼ cup freshly-grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for topping
Instructions
Toss the Romaine, croutons, Greek yogurt Caesar dressing, and ¼ cup Parmesan cheese together in a large plastic storage bag.
Serve immediately topped with extra Parmesan cheese.
Notes
Add your protein of your choice to make this meal into a dinner, using chicken, tuna, or lean red meats.
