Marinated Grilled Brussels Sprouts

- Brussel Sprouts
- ¼ Cup Balsamic Vinegar
- ¾ Cup Olive Oil
- Juice of half a lemon
- Crushed Black Pepper
- Mix the balsamic vinegar and olive oil in a large mixing bowl.
- Quarter the brussels sprouts and mix them in with the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Place the sprouts in a tinfoil packet.
- Grill on one side 7 minutes.
- Flip and grill for an additional 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice and black pepper before serving.
- Enjoy!
