Green Tea with Lemon and Ginger for Weight Loss
- 1 Gallon Water
- 6 Green Tea Packets
- Juice of 3 Lemons
- Fresh Ginger, about 2" grated
- Bring your water to a rolling simmer.
- Add the tea bags and let steep 20 minutes.
- Juice the lemon and add it to the water.
- Peel the fresh ginger.
- Grate or puree the ginger and add it to the mixture.
- Remove the tea bags.
- Mix all and place in a container.
- Drink over ice 4 times per day.
