  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1" Fresh Ginger, grated
  • 1 Pinch Cayenne Pepper
  • 4 Cups Purified Water
Instructions
  1. Mix lemon juice, grated fresh ginger, a pinch of cayenne pepper, and water in a large pitcher.
  2. Drink up to 8 glasses per day.
