Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs
- Place eggs in bottom of pan.
- Fill pan with water, about 1 inch above the top of the eggs.
- Place on stove top and heat on high heat, uncovered.
- Once the water comes to a full rolling boil, cover pot, turn off burner.
- Time for 10 minutes exactly while the pot is covered and still on the burner (heat should be turned off).
- When the timer sounds, immediately remove eggs from water and place in ice bath.
- Wait until the eggs have completely cooled before peeling.
