Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs
 
 
A simple and fool-proof method of making hard boiled eggs perfectly every time.

  • Water
  • Eggs
Instructions
  1. Place eggs in bottom of pan.
  2. Fill pan with water, about 1 inch above the top of the eggs.
  3. Place on stove top and heat on high heat, uncovered.
  4. Once the water comes to a full rolling boil, cover pot, turn off burner.
  5. Time for 10 minutes exactly while the pot is covered and still on the burner (heat should be turned off).
  6. When the timer sounds, immediately remove eggs from water and place in ice bath.
  7. Wait until the eggs have completely cooled before peeling.
