Dr. Oz Inspired Protein Packed Cabbage Salad

- 2 cups purple cabbage
- 1 chicken breast, cooked
- 1 oz pumpkin seeds
- ½ grapefruit
- 1 cucumber
- 3 tsp olive oil
- Chop chicken into strips or small pieces.
- Peel and cut up the grapefruit into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut up the cucumber.
- Mix all together and drizzle with olive oil.
You could use canned low sodium chicken in a pinch.
