  • ½ lb fresh green beans, cut into ½ inch pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • ½ medium red onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp finely minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2-3 tbsp diced green onion, green part only
