Low Sodium Marinara Sauce

- 1 8 oz can low sodium tomato puree
- 1 8 oz can low sodium tomato sauce
- 1 can low sodium diced tomatoes with basil and oregano
- 1 tbsp dried oregano and basil
- 1 tbsp dried onions
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh minced garlic
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 large red onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- Mix all ingredients in a large pot.
- Simmer on the stove top for a few hours until the flavors blend.
