Sloppy Joe Boats

- 1 large spaghetti squash
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- ½ cup chopped celery
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 4 tbsp Mozzarella cheese
- 1 packet McCormick® Sloppy Joe mix
- 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
- 1¼ cups water
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Cut spaghetti squash in half and remove seeds.
- Place spaghetti squash face up in a baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.
- When the squash is cooked, take a fork and "rake" the squash inside to loosen the spaghetti-like filling.
- While the squash is cooking brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Drain fat.
- Stir in seasoning mix, tomato paste, and water.
- Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Fill each half of the spaghetti squash with your Sloppy Joe mixture leaving enough room for cheese.
- Top each boat with Mozzarella cheese.
- Put back in oven and cook an additional 15 minutes.
