Make your own Electrolyte Drink and skip the added sugars in store bought drinks.

Ingredients
  • 8 oz Coconut Water
  • 4 oz Spring Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 Green Tea Bag
Instructions
  1. Boil 4 ounces of water and add tea bag.
  2. Let steep 3 minutes.
  3. Add the tea into the 8 ounces of coconut water with the lemon juice.
  4. Drink and enjoy the flavor and health benefits!
Notes
Make a few batches and keep in the refrigerator, drink after a workout. Also a great hangover reliever.
