Make Your Own Electrolyte Energy Drink

- 8 oz Coconut Water
- 4 oz Spring Water
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 Green Tea Bag
- Boil 4 ounces of water and add tea bag.
- Let steep 3 minutes.
- Add the tea into the 8 ounces of coconut water with the lemon juice.
- Drink and enjoy the flavor and health benefits!
Make a few batches and keep in the refrigerator, drink after a workout. Also a great hangover reliever.
