Two Ingredient Strawberry Ice Cream
 
 
Enjoy summer with this simple two ingredient strawberry ice cream. This gluten free, vegan ice cream is ready in just 10 minutes and is so easy to make!

Ingredients
  • 1 bag frozen organic strawberries, defrosted 5 minutes
  • 1 container frozen coconut whipped cream (or frozen whipped cream of choice)
Instructions
  1. After allowing the strawberries to defrost about 5 minutes, add them to the food processor and process on high for 30 seconds.
  2. Scrape down the sides, and add the frozen coconut whipped cream. Process until smooth. You may need to scrape down the sides again.
  3. Serve immediately or store in freezer up to two hours only.
