If you are a lover of the traditional Moscow Mule and the many variations that can be created, but you’re not a fan of the high sugar content that is in the Ginger Beer, we have a great alternative for you. We found Diet Ginger Beer and are thrilled that we don’t have to feel like we are throwing our healthy diet out the window with the high levels of sugar in the beer with this fun skinny cocktail we created. Diet Ginger Beer has zero sugars, and once you add in a packet of stevia, you will never notice the difference. Enjoy your nightcap without all of the guilt when you try this lightened up twist of a classic favorite!

Ingredients
- 2 oz Vodka
- 3 oz Diet Ginger Beer
- Juice of half a small grapefruit
- Ice
- Grapefruit wedges
Instructions
- Add first three ingredients into a Moscow Mule Mug or a highball glass and mix.
- Add ice and garnish with a grapefruit slice, adding a few more slices into the glass.
