- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- ⅔ cup brown rice
- 2 tsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 cup water
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 lime
- Prepare your rice according to package instructions.
- Add the olive oil to the drained rice.
- Let the rice cool.
- Chop cilantro and stir it into the rice.
- Add the juice of one lime into the rice mixture slowly, mixing as you add the juice.
- Stir in the salt.
